  • Conversion: 3 IBME Tokens = 1 Share (at $0.25/share)
  • Tokens used for future pay or investment are non-transferable
  • Token value may fluctuate based on platform performance and market conditions
  • IBCAME ME may repurchase tokens under contractually agreed terms

Becoming a member under the Skills Membership program does not guarantee employment, contracts, or paid opportunities with IBCAME ME or its affiliates. Membership provides access to training and networking but does not create an employment relationship.

All users and investors on any IBCAME ME-owned platform—including:

  • IBCAMEME.com
  • BlackWallStreet.Network
  • BLKWallStNetwork.com
  • The Digital Black Wall Street Network

must provide valid government-issued ID to access investment opportunities or membership features. This is required to prevent fraud, scams, and identity theft.

This policy complies with:

  • 31 CFR § 1020.220 – Customer Identification Program (CIP) under the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
  • USA PATRIOT Act
  • Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 90 – Uniform Securities Act
  1. Fraud Prevention

IBCAME ME enforces a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Identity theft
  • Money laundering
  • Unauthorized or illegal use of the platform

Violations will result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of membership
  • Suspension from all IBCAME ME platforms and affiliates
  • Reporting to state and/or federal authorities
  1. Ownership and Restrictions
  • Shares and tokens are non-transferable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement
  • Common shareholders receive voting rights and ownership proportional to their holdings
  • Token holders do not receive equity unless they’re converted to shares
  • Governance participation may be extended to token holders in future phases
  1. Compliance and Jurisdiction
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal regulations
  • IBCAME ME complies with all relevant securities, consumer protection, and blockchain-related laws
  • Share offerings are made in accordance with NRS Chapter 90 and federal exemptions

IBCAME ME reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
